What cartoon is this? PLEASE HELP!?

Last night I was out with my mother, sister, and aunt at the supermarket, and I saw a dvd of a cartoon I used to watch. It was about these two snowmen or something like that. They looked like Bigfoot, but white. Anyway, it was called out of space or something like that. I remember it was a father-son thing. They would go on allot of adventures in space. I think it was called Space Planets? I don't know. Please tell me! I really wanna watch it
