Extremely itchy nipples?

Just yesterday laying down and both my nipples started itching really bad. I changed my bra to make sure there wasn't anything in the bra. It seemed to help but soon after getting out of the pool, they started again. It is still continuing today. I'm 17 years old and my boobs are about a C.
