Please help (females only)?

I am 16 yrs old and theres kind of a fishy smell coming from down there but there is no redness or itching or soreness or much discharge but if there is it doesnt smell that great either,, i am in a serious relationship and he is my first sexual partner and he has commented on it and so im really not sure whats going on or if there is something going on so please help! and id rather not go to the drs if i can help it but i realise sometimes you kinda have to so im open to home remedies as well. thanks :)
