SOME WEIRD RASH HELP !?

Im on vacation in florida && I recently noticed a bumpy rash on my shoulders the 3rd day I got here. tonight I noticed it spread to my back. it doesnt really itch and its kinda red. it sortof feels like goosebumps ? Please help me && dont just lead me to another website. Should I go to the dr ?!
