What is this red mark on my neck? its freaking me out!!?

a few days ago i noticed a faded flat red mark on the base of my neck its just skin coloured in the middle but red all around. there are no bumps or pus or anything. i also notice a dry round mark on my finger and today ive noticed a small red mark on my torso this one is red and dry looking. None of them itch, although lately my skin has been itchy from head to toe not these marks though and i seem to be sweating alot. Have any of you had a similar problem or would you say it will pass? Prob has nothing to do with it but i have been constantly getting urine tract infections also for a few months but have suffered from this since i was a child but seems to be a constant need to urinate lately. Thanks i appreciate the feedback.
