Question about female labia...?

I am 11, asian, and noticed by my vagina there are these tiny little ball shaped stuff. lol weird right? Are they my labia? I'm just wondering cuz SOMETIMES they itch a little.. not much. just curious. no infection because i havent had sex.. im 11
