I shaved over my mosquito bites?

I randomly got a WHOLE bunch of moquito bites on the back of my legs! When i shaved i didn't even think about the consequences. I shaved right over them , thinking it couldn't do harm. Well, now one is swollen and red (it's like right under my butt on the higher part of the back of my leg) and it's enlarged greatly. It doesn't even itch anymore but it hurts to walk and move. Help!? I'm REALLY scared.
