What did the Rock mean when he insulted Booker T?

I think it was in 2001 when the wwf invasion was happening, and there was this one segment (and you would remember it) where it was the Rock on stage and Booket T was in the ring. The rock said to booker "the rock can imagine you at school booker, waiting for the little bus to come pick you up *meep meep* (Booker looks really angry) "and then in the classroom the teach says okay class, what is 2+2? do you know... Booker? (booker is so angry he nearly jumps out of the ring) *the rock imiates booker* "yeah i know the answer to 2+2... Thomas Jefferson sucka!!!" How is this funny and what is the Rock talking about?
