What're these small bumps on my vagina?

Hey, I'm 15, not sexually active, but a couple days ago i noticed I had these small reddish bumps on my labia minoras. They burn and itch and I have no idea whats going on and im scared. I'm trying to avoid the gyno, so if anyone can help me out with whats going on, id really appreciate it. :)
