What is this i'm so confused?

My acne on my forehead is itching like crazy so is the area on my hairline and the rim and the inside of my nose and it get really dry looking..I don't know if it's allergies or something worse...I know I should see the doctor but I don't have time right now i'm really busy. This has been going on for a week or two but the more I think about the itching the worst it gets and I feel like more areas of my body start to itch...i'm going crazy! does anyone have an idea of what this might be...i'm scared I already have other health problems and i'm only 20 years old !
