What is a Scientific Name for this creature?

If they were/are real, I don't think they would be close enough to be in the same genus. Just look at gorillas, chimpanzees, orangutans, and humans. We're all in different genera. Even cougars and leopards are in separate genera. Your cryptids would, however, be placed in the same family as humans and great apes, Hominidae. With the exception of orangutans, we are all in the same subfamily as well (Homininae), so it's possible they would be in the same subfamily too.
