Is it herpes, a rash...?

I have been traveling for the past 9 months - currently in Nepal - and within the past month I have had outbreaks on my buttocks and inner thighs of red dots. I don't think they are bed bugs as I have seen what bed bugs look like and have experienced them before. They look like pimples and do not itch for the most part. If it's hot outside and sweat gets on them they get even more irritated and itch a little but that's all. I had sex two months ago and the guy said he didn't have an STD but I'm freaking out now. The outbreaks usually occur after shaving but that is not always the case. They bumps are not oozing anything out they just look like red dots in a cluster. If anyone has any idea of what they could be please let me know. I appreciate all advice given!
