I have these itchy red bumps everywhere!! Please help!?

Yesterday i noticed that between my breasts it was itchy and it didnt bother me too much. But this morning I woke up and it had spread to my neck. Thinking it was just a sunburn from being out on the lake all day yesterday i put lotion on and now theyre everywhere. Theyre on my legs, arms, stomach, chest back, and im really hoping not my face. They itch really bad and theyre small red bumps close together. Please help!!!
