I have bumps on my ball sack... HELP!!!?

ok so i went to the doc a while back ( like about march'ish ) and there was nothing there. around may i began braking out in these white pimple like things just on the ball sack. there is nothing on my shaft. ok so they itch alot but when ever i scratch it sometimes hurts and sometimes it don't. i use gold bond alot, so idk if its an allergic reaction from that, or something else. i was able to pop a few and they were replaced by a hair, but some wont pop. if anyone knows anything about this please tell me some info. last minute info... i haven't had sex in over a year now, and im 18.... don't wanna go see a doctor. thanks
