I cut my vaginal area ?

Two days ago I was shaving my vAginal area completely when my new razor cut on the inside of my lip by my clit. It was fine until a few hours ago when it started to itch like crazy. Could it be because the cut is healing? Or am I maybe allergic to my detergent or soap? I haven't changed either in months though and the itching just started. Please help this is driving me crazy!!!!!
