How do I stop my eczema from spreading?

I noticed I had a small patch of itchy bumps on my inner thigh and also an itchy spot on my torso and thought it was just a mosquito bite so I kept itching it but now it's spreading and I'm pretty sure it's eczema but there are also little bumps occurring randomly all over my body that are also itchy? what could these be? They're not bug bites. how do I stop them from spreading?
