Can I still visit Bigfoot or Yeti in Poptropica after I had done already Cryptids Island?

Because I had already done Poptropica, and then I saw really Bigfoot or Yeti then just got the Medallion of the island and then can I still visit Bigfoot or Yeti there? because I did let go of the Bigfoot Yeti.. then can someone say to me where i can find Yeti's Cave? because I had been lost there in the Himalayas today because I can't figure out where is the Yeti or Bigfoot cause' I forgot it.. :D
