Blister from a yeast infection?

My boyfriend dated a friend of mine before me and they did everything but have sex. Now me and him have been dating 13 months. I got a yeast infection not knowing it i had sex but it was a bit uncomfortable and not really as "wet". when i started feeling symptoms of the yeast infection it hurt when i peed and all that and a few days later i noticed to blisters on the outside of my vagina area. not big at all but i went to my gynecologist and she tested me for herpes and i get results for a week. My friend who dated him before me was his first girl he was sexual with so i talked to her about it and she said she gets tested for it and she doesn't. And he had a physical for his basketball team and was tested and he doesn't either. so what are these blisters? My boyfriend is my first everything so is this doctor just confused with yeast infection blisters. I have like 2 little bumps that came up once i got the yeast infection and i itched and then they appeared. Im only 16 and i need positive answers and something to help me cause im so scared.
