Confussion with other problems that are normal or Do I have an STD?

Hey last month I had an sexual encounter with a one night stand with no protection it was just orally and I didn't come but I've been wondering if I have an STD I asked her if she had any and she replied "wtf no" still I haven't had an discharges yet or blood but it did burn when I peed once or twice but I'm thinking it was because I held my pee in too long and it burned alot when I pissed after I held it in for a while but I drank some water and it felt fine and it has itched a little around my left testicle but I'm confused because I shave and my pupes could be tickling my skin and it only itched when I wear cloths and it did burn when I pissed when I was a virgin and there have been this wierd wrinkled bumpish thing in the area were the skin is wrinkled when its not erected its connected to a vien so I'm just thinking its part of the vein so do I have an STD? or am I fine?
